Baggu Bag Review
When i got home yesterday I was welcomed with two amazing gifts by Baggu. Thank you!

Baggu is a Del Mar, CA based tote bag maker who’s main focus is helping mother nature. I was reading the statistics and my jaw automatically dropped. For example, the US alone disposes of 100 billion bags. 1 persons help in replacing plastic bags with tote helps reduce 300-700 bags a year. Theses numbers are alarming and completely out control. It is up to us to make a difference and changes these critical circumstances.

Baggu bags are made out of 100% nylon ripstop, not the most durable material in the world, but practicality is what we are looking for here. I received the Deep Ocean regular tote and a Baby Baggu in Black. The bags are perfect for grocery shopping, carrying books, laundry items or even gym clothes. I ended up using the Baby Baggu to carry my detergent, softener and tide stain remover when I do laundry. The regular size Baggu is staying in the kitchen for grocery shopping as it is perfect to fit big items (soda, juice, ceral boxes etc). I am also using the baby Baggu pouch to hold my iPod and Bose Headphones. I get 2 uses for the 1 item, how neat is that?

Overall the bags have held up well, a bit early to tell. I’ve done 1 load of laundry and worked well. I went over to Trader Joes to get some crackers, cheese and salsa tonight and had no problem. The bags start at $6 (baby baggu) and go up to $14 (large baggu). It’s a small price to pay for a big time solution don’t you think?
